we don't watch tv (it's a monitor for the vhs/dvd players), but if we did, we'd be tuning in to kera tonight at 9:30, when logan gilpin and michael rodriguez's documentary the rose: a sense of place airs. the film chronicles the history of the rose marine theater from its heyday in the '20s and '30s through its restoration and resurgence in the '90s. check it out, why doncha?
