apparently there's a whole dvd of this...there are six excerpts on youtube. kawabata (playing the strat) and haino (on the sg) sound almost beefheartian in places here, and yoshida is just a force of nature.

this is unreal. very, very cool...
haino is playing my town next month as 1/2 of a duo w/ tony conrad. it's part 4 of the experimental/improv series i saw w/ thurston moore and mats gustafsson last month. hope to check it out but it looks like it cost some major bobby de niro.
kawabata's headed this way too - playing with the group he's most known for (that fella has the best hair in all of rock n' roll, i swear.) it seems like acid mothers temple roll through here at least once every 12-16 months. really have to make an effort to go and check them out. they're wild indeed.
