my jazz-loving brother-in-law in new joisey pulled my coat that next sunday and monday, march 9th and 10th, wkcr.org radio will be streaming 24-hour-plus tributes to ornette coleman and bix beiderbecke on the occasion of their respective berfdays. so i can vibe up for the stoogegig with a little ornettitude. nice.
