cracked the wife and kid up a while back doing my piss poor breakdance spazz when "the message" came on the radio.
i was like 3 when that record came out and damn if ain't (still) one of most profound and influential tunes the world of hip hop ever produced. the rock n' roll hall of fame might be corny/pointless as all getup, but i thought it righteous they gave a nod to grandmaster flash.
"planet rock" - gotta love the extensive kraftwerk sampling.
