the debut performance of the great tyrant, the new band composed of ex-yeti / pointy shoe factory musos, is tentatively planned for october 25th at the axis, opening for sleepytime gorilla museum. more as it develops.

great tyrant? that's a GREAT name! sleepytime gorilla museum are a pretty happening outfit too - very intense. been meaning to pick up one of their records but i always forget what i originally wanted the second i walk into a record shop. something about the wide selection and the music being pumped through the in-store sound system always makes my mind a complete blank and i end up walking out with a record i didn't originally intend to buy. also, this word verification nonsense is way lame.
yeah, i know word verification suxxx midas mufflers, but hopefully yr blog hasn't been deluged with "comments" from spiders employed by sites hawking u.s. coins, corvettes, or shilling for the timber industry.
